I have taken up a challenge: to do a 12 day hike in Lapland, Finland this year!!!
We will walk for 6-8 hours a day with backpacks, sleep in shelters or under wind and water proof material.

The olives are growing nicely and getting bigger and bigger until harvest time November & December sometimes as late as February. Olive trees like hot summers and mild winters which makes the Algarve in Portugal a perfect place for them to grow.
