Sine I have found it impossible to get a body scrub without parabens, so I did a search for a good recipe I could make myself.

I found one by Ole Henriksen, made the body scrub and replaced the sunflower oil with avocado oil (because I don’t use sunflower oil and therefore never have it in my house).
The result was amazing, my skin became even softer than before I used it.
I found 2 more recipes for you to try out.
The recipes are original in Danish, here is my English translation
Ole Henriksen Spa Body Scrub

3-1/2 oz (100 g) Epson salt

3-1/2 oz (100 g) brown sugar

A bit of sunflower oil – just enough to create a soft paste

15 drops essential lavender oil

You mix the salt, sugar and lavender oil, then you add the sunflower oil to a soft paste.
Ole Henriksen Body Scrub which might remove cellulitis

1.7 fl. oz (50 ml) finely grained coffee

1.7 fl. oz (50 ml) salt

1 teaspoon (5 ml) peppermint oil

Sesame oil – just enough to make it creamy.

Mix the grained coffee, salt and peppermint oil, then add sesame oil until the scrub is creamy.
Ole Henriksen for your Hand and Feed Scrub

3-1/2 oz (100 g) brown sugar

1 teaspoon (5 ml) eucalyptus oil

Little sesame oil to make the mix creamy.

Mix the sugar and oil and then add the sesame oil to make it creamy.
Enjoy!
