Sine I have found it impossible to get a body scrub without parabens, so I did a search for a good recipe I could make myself.

I found one by Ole Henriksen, made the body scrub and replaced the sunflower oil with avocado oil (because I don’t use sunflower oil and therefore never have it in my house).
The result was amazing, my skin became even softer than before I used it.
I found 2 more recipes for you to try out.
The recipes are original in Danish, here is my English translation
Ole Henriksen Spa Body Scrub

  • 3-1/2 oz (100 g) Epson salt
  • 3-1/2 oz (100 g) brown sugar
  • A bit of sunflower oil – just enough to create a soft paste
  • 15 drops essential lavender oil

    • You mix the salt, sugar and lavender oil, then you add the sunflower oil to a soft paste.
    Ole Henriksen Body Scrub which might remove cellulitis

  • 1.7 fl. oz (50 ml) finely grained coffee
  • 1.7 fl. oz (50 ml) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) peppermint oil
  • Sesame oil – just enough to make it creamy.

    • Mix the grained coffee, salt and peppermint oil, then add sesame oil until the scrub is creamy.
    Ole Henriksen for your Hand and Feed Scrub

  • 3-1/2 oz (100 g) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) eucalyptus oil
  • Little sesame oil to make the mix creamy.

    • Mix the sugar and oil and then add the sesame oil to make it creamy.
