Beetroot/Beet Juice
2 Glasses of Smoothies
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 beetroot/beets
2 radish
3 broccoli heads and stalks
1 carrot
1 stick of celery
1/2 medium red potato
1 orange peeled
Instructions:
Wash and chop all ingredients but the orange and juice.
Yes you will need a centrifugal juicer for this recipe.
I drink this juice in the afternoons when I have not have had my morning smoothie.
